Information you choose to share.
When you email us, we receive the contact details, message and documents you provide. We use this information to respond, assess your request and manage the resulting business discussion. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry and use an agreed channel for sensitive project documents.
Our website’s email links open your email application. Clicking a link does not send a message automatically. We do not send the contents of your emails, uploaded documents or contact details to Google Analytics.
Understand the website.
Respect the visitor.
If you choose “Accept analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, engagement and clicks on our enquiry email links. These measurements help us improve the website. An enquiry-link click measures interest, not proof that a message was sent or received.
Analytics uses browser identifiers and information such as device and browser characteristics, approximate location and page interactions. Google processes this information to provide the Analytics service, and processing may occur outside India. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner websites.
We have not enabled advertising personalisation or Google Signals for this setup. Optional Analytics account data-sharing settings are off. We do not configure Analytics to collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or the contents of enquiry messages.
Analytics is your choice.
Analytics is off until you accept. You can reject it and use the website normally. Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your decision at any time. Rejecting analytics stops future measurement in this browser; it does not erase data already processed.
We store your choice in this browser for up to six months. If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies beginning with _ga; this implementation limits their lifetime to 90 days. Browser settings may shorten or remove that storage. Clearing browser storage or using another device may mean you are asked again.
Essential hosting, security and site-administration functions may process technical information such as request logs. These functions are separate from optional Analytics. Third-party sites linked from this website, including LinkedIn and Google Maps, have their own privacy policies.
A clear route to us.
For access, correction, deletion or other questions about information you have shared with Resus, email resus@resus.energy. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable retention obligations. Enquiry information is retained for the business purpose and relevant legal or record-keeping requirements.
We may update this notice when website features or processing practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
